Refund policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and being perishable goods, we are unable to accept exchanges/returns. Please notify us of all known allergies prior to purchasing. We are not liable for any allergic reactions to your purchase if we were not notified. 

Please refrigerate your order as soon as it is received and immediately after opening. Our products do not contain preservatives, but some may contain freshly cut fruit and have a limited shelf life. You may also freeze your jars to keep them longer. In order to thaw out your desserts please do so in the refridgerator!


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For any damages that took place during transit/shipping, please notify the shipping company, we are not liable for any damages that occur during transit/shipping. But we will try our best to replace your products!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

If there is a situation where you are being refunded, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
